Casa Grandview Bed and Breakfast Policy Agreement
Bed and breakfast guests who book directly on the Casa Grandview website are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast served at the Inn at 8:30 a.m., daily. The complimentary three-course breakfast is prepared and served by the owners al fresco on the Awabuki Deck or in the formal Dining Room. Take away breakfast is not included in rate. Corporate guest rates for solo travelers offer a reduced rate and include a complimentary “grab and go” breakfast for one. Confirmations are sent to the email address provided by reservation holder.
Bed and Breakfast Inn Deposits
Guest Reservations are guaranteed with credit card deposit of 50% of reservation cost and taxes. Balance due on day of arrival at the Inn. Major credit cards accepted. Credit card details of the “staying guest” must be provided and booked with Casa Grandview and not by a third party or paid with a third party’s credit card.
Confirmation of reservation is sent by email to the email you provide at booking. Casa Grandview uses Google Customer Reviews to collect feedback on how they’re doing. By signing this agreement you agree to permit us to contact you by email or text.
Please contact us for information on Gift Cards or pre-authorization for friends and family stays. Deposit cannot be paid with a Gift Card other than one issued by Casa Grandview (Please Reserve at 561.655.8932). Gift Cards may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. If you wish to book using a BedandBreakfast.com Gift Card, please contact them to make your reservation with us.
Inn Cancellation Details
If plans change and you cancel your reservation in our bed and breakfast, please provide us with written email notice. The reservation holder may cancel 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposit will be refunded less an administrative fee of $35.00. Reservation modifications are subject to a $35.00 fee.
If you cancel reservations at our Inn with less than fourteen (14) days notice or depart early, we ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation cost. If we rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. If dates are not sold and balance is paid, a credit will be issued for a future stay within 12 months of reservation date. No refunds for early departure.
Rates/Policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.
Vacation Rental Agreement
Cottages and Apartments are individually licensed private vacation accommodations offered weekly or monthly as self-catering accommodations. Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve (Military guests must be at least 18 years old). Well behaved children and their family are welcome in vacation homes (occupancy cannot be exceeded). Group rentals prohibited by City Ordinance.
Vacation Rental Deposit/Payment Details
Guest reservations are guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit of 50% of reservation cost and taxes on the guest’s credit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and guest agrees owner may charge the credit card on file. Major credit cards accepted, and guest agrees balance may be charged by us 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card details of the “staying guest” must be provided and booked with Casa Grandview–not by a third party or by a third party’s credit card. Please contact Casa Grandview directly for information on Gift Certificates or pre-authorization for friends and family stays. No sub-letting of accommodations. Gift Cards (other than Casa Grandview) may not be used as a reservation deposit. Please notify us, if you plan to pay your balance with a Gift Card.
Vacation Rental Cancellation
Reservation holder may cancel Vacation Rental by email. Cancellation made outside of 30 days are subject to a fee of $50.00. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, guest agrees remaining balance to be charged on card provided. If same dates can be sold, a refund is issued less a $50 fee. If dates are not sold, a credit is issued for future stay within 12 months of reservation–with paid balance. Modifications are subject to $35.00 fee. No refund on early departures.
Vacation Rental Details
Occupancy capacity is based on full rates in Vacation Rentals (occupancy for each rental noted on accommodation page). Maximum occupancy shall not be exceeded. Discounted promotional rates offered for two guests–additional guests fee of $35 pp, if room capacity allows.
Well behaved children and their parents are welcome in our vacation rentals (except Guest House). No additional fee per day for children 12 and under. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
Self-catering vacation cottages and apartments do not include housekeeping. Housekeeping arranged through professional cleaning service ($70.00 per hour, two housekeepers, two-hour minimum–advance notice required. If occupancy exceeded or extraordinary cleaning necessary, guest agrees to pay an additional cleaning fee to be charged to on the credit card provided for the reservation.
Vacation accommodations are professionally cleaned and beds made with fresh linens prior to arrival. Charleston, Bahama, Key West, and Seagrass offer washer/dryer. Guests can use wash and fold or dry cleaning service nearby: Jack Sheehan’s Cleaners, 1510 Lake Avenue (two blocks) west at Howard Park. Coin laundry is available for guests near the vacation rental pool. Bed linen change request is $25.00 per bed, please advance request for scheduling. Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. Please do not use bleach, if laundering our linens.
Accommodations fully furnished and offer equipped kitchens. Complimentary Arrival Package includes: paper products, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and Gilchrist & Soames people tested products provided: bar soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower hat, vanity kit, etc.). Guest agrees credit card authorization will be kept on file for duration of stay for security deposit, and agrees to pay replacement fee for missing items, red wine or other damage to bedding, towels, flooring, furnishings, property or smoking in accommodation on the credit card used for the reservation.
Prior to arrival, guests will receive the arrival address of rental, keyless keypad doorcode, owner’s contact information, and Vacation Checklist.
